Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ClickMarket (clickmarket.in), we sell digital products and services. Due to the non-tangible and irrevocable nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The product was not delivered

  • You were charged incorrectly

  • The product file is completely unusable and our support team cannot resolve the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product

  • Failure to read product description before purchasing

  • Download/access already provided
